客户第一封询盘邮件什么都没说,就说了句: WE ARE INTERESTED IN THE IMPORTATION OF YOUR PRODUCTS.PLEASE SEND US WHOLESALE PRICES FOR LARGER QUANTITY EQUILAVALENT IN US DOLLARS,
然后我就简单地介绍了一下我们公司的生产力等,
然后他就给我回了这邮件.

Thank you very much for your immediate response regarding our inquiry of bamboo mat.
We are attaching herewith picture of bamboo.
We will appreciate if you can send us sample similar to this because we are planning to order.

当时看到这样的邮件觉得没什么诚意,因为这样的询盘太多了,所以没特别注意.
看了他的图片,让经理给他报了价,如果价格接受不了,就不给寄样了,因为我们寄样都要样品费和运费的,所以一碰到客人要求寄样,我头都是大的
在报价的过程中碰到了一些小麻烦,因为不知道客人的尺寸,无法报价,只好发邮件给客人.

客人比较急,一下子就回过来了。反正只要没下单,我的心就是悬着的,规格一到,我就好报价,其实还有很多信息需要客人提供给我的.一看客人告诉我用TNT快递,我想他应该愿意出运费的吧,于是开始和经理讨价还价,要求经理免费寄样,一再保证这客人很有诚意,其实那时候我心里也没底,但是考虑到样品费也就那么几十RMB,又不多,就算亏了,我也能赔得起,我不怕.

希望好象要变成失望了,这个问题真不知道该怎么解决了,运费要几十USD,经理可舍不得花,但是客人好象只有TNT帐号,没办法,只好一家一家快递公司问,差不多所有快递公司都问过的时候,突然想到一家被遗忘的快递公司--申通,因为往来比较少,而且经理说肯定也不走TNT,我就不了解经理怎么这么个人,老凭自己的推断去做事情,没办法,你不打电话我自己打,自己找.
因为快递公司的事情,一直没办法和客人解释,我在这边找快递公司
客人在那边等
最后找到了申通快递,不用交押金,不用签协议,给了帐号就可以
于是赶快把这个好消息告诉客人

当客人知道这个好消息后,非常开心啊(实际上我比他更开心),马上就给我回了邮件:

2天过去了,还没收到客人的样品,明明知道没这么快的,但是还是要忍不住想和客人联系一下,所以就想问客人要TNT号码,以便查询样品的传递情况(呵呵,都习惯了每天和客人的邮件):

收到邮件马上查询了TNT网站,得知已经到了香港中转了,非常开心.但是一看客人数量好少哦,也有点失落,不过总比没单好吧,无论怎么样,收到样品再说,到这里,心还是悬着的.
呵呵,查了之后,非常开心地回了客人邮件,并说了最小起订量,但是这实际上不是我们的最小起定量,我乱编的哟,不要怪我,都是为了让客人下单呀,不然客人怎么会知道你的好呢.

样品一到,我马上要经理和我们寄给客人的样品比较,到底哪里不一样,我说了我们经理是喜欢主动推断的人,她说一定是一样的,没什么不一样,后来我就火了,要是一定一样的话客人就不会说了,更不会把样品寄给我们了,客人用得着浪费这么多的运费吗。晚上我怎么也睡不着,翻来覆去,因为打样后我们自己没留样的,我要比较都没地方比,不然我自己也可以看的啊,经理好象不怎么在乎这个单。后来我直接找到车间去,问当时候给我打样的厂长,厂长一看就说不一样的,纱布比我们的厚,竹丝比我们的好.这样一比较,价格就比我们当时候报的高了很多。我当时候很着急,想想肯定没戏了,客人还能接受吗?不过只要有希望就不能放弃.

下面是我给客人解释价格高的原因,大家也可以借鉴一下,很多时候我们要帮着客人到老板那里去说话,这样让客人感觉你可信,可靠点.

I knew your previous supplier offered you the lower price last year, you know, many changes have leaded to the higher cost, last year, 1USD= 8.27 RMB, but now, 1USD=7.80 RMB, the Freight is increasing, the price of bamboo raw material have increased, I have tried my best to persuade my boss to reduce the price, but he said: we have only a little profit on this price.
If we offer you lower price, it means that we will face loss, i hope you also will understand our position, pls trust our quality and price.
We don't care much about the profit from your trial order, we hope to establish long-term friendly and mutual benefit business relationship.
You could order 1,000PCS/SIZE, if you can accept our price.

向经理要个交货期也难,经理说如果船是哪天的,就可以哪天交货,他不是在告诉我船期,他是在给我做假设,我不是要经理在造句,由于当时候心也比较急,火气一来,就和经理说了:我不是要你说这些假设,你打电话给货代,确定好再把确切的时间告诉我吧.经理当时候都被我吓到了,没想到我火气这么大.呵呵,有时候也恨自己这么个急性子.

There is some difference during two samples, the density of gauze in the back of your sample is larger than ours, the bamboo filament is thicker than our sample.

Upon shipping the goods, I would request to please send us shipping advise and fax to us advance copy of all shipping documents.

客人发过来后,现在讨论付款条款了吧,经理的意思是希望一次性把钱打给我们,这样可以减少手续费,毕竟金额不大的呀,但是我总要说个好点的理由让客人愿意接受啊.一般都是30%的定金,但是经理要我弄个整数,所以我就干脆说3000 USD.

To solve this problem, you could pay 100% TT in advance, after our shipping the goods, i will send you original B/L for your taking the goods from Manila Port.

So far, we have finished all products, because your goods are less than one container, we have to send the goods to our Port 4 days before ETD.
If you don't mind, would you pls send the balance account to us earlier than xx, which will make sure the exact ETA, because our Finance Department will finish their work with bank on 10th, Feb, i know you must worry about our goods, now, i can make sure that i could follow the contract with sincerity, i am waiting your repeat order, too.

后面就是装货,发货的事情了,钱也收到了,只等我们的货了,这批货出得比较顺利,只是在进仓的时候由于工作人员疏忽,把我们的货物和人家同等数量的货物调换了仓库,庆幸的是货物的体积不同,装箱的时候发现了,及时解决了该问题.
